Welcome to BizHarvest. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BizHarvest website, Chrome extension, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

BizHarvest is a SaaS-based tool that allows users to collect publicly available business information (e.g., business name, address, website, email, phone number, etc.) from Google Maps and other online sources for lead generation purposes. The tool includes a Google Chrome extension and a web dashboard.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BizHarvest. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, BizHarvest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business use.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Modify, copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
  • Attempt to scrape non-public data or violate the terms of third-party platforms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Data Usage and Compliance

BizHarvest only scrapes publicly accessible data. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA)
  • Anti-spam regulations
  • Any terms of use of the websites you scrape

We are not responsible for any misuse of the data extracted using our tool.

6. Subscription and Payment

BizHarvest is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed through a third-party provider (e.g., Paddle). All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, or billing terms at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to you in advance.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

BizHarvest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activities that harm the Service or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials associated with BizHarvest are the intellectual property of BizHarvest or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any portion of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service or the data extracted. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BizHarvest, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizHarvest and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
